The Schaible Agency is hiring a full-time Client Solutions Specialist to support our team and provide exceptional customer service. The ideal candidate has a passion for helping others, excellent communication skills, and can build strong customer relationships.
Responsibilities include providing product and service information to customers, answering calls and emails, processing orders, and ensuring customer needs are met. You'll also handle customer support for our website and social media, collaborating with internal teams for timely responses.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of employment experience
- Reliable laptop and internet connection
- Proficiency in basic computer skills (Zoom, email, Google Calendar, Drive, etc.)
- No prior monetary-related felonies/misdemeanors

As an independent Consultant, you'll hold three licenses, providing top-notch education and products from 130 North American companies.
Working part-time, either 5-10 or 10-20 hours per week, you'll network, set appointments, and follow up with clients. Client satisfaction and support are crucial, with regular check-ins and annual reviews.
