Blue Streak Couriers is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and customer-focused Scheduler to support our Large Package Box Truck division. This role is responsible for coordinating daily delivery schedules, communicating directly with customers and drivers, and ensuring accurate execution from scheduling through billing.
This position plays a critical role in maintaining service reliability, operational efficiency, and customer satisfaction. The Scheduler must be able to manage multiple moving parts, communicate clearly, and make real-time decisions in a fast-paced environment.
This role requires consistent availability Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
This is not a passive, sit-back type of role. You are at the center of daily operations.
You will be responsible for keeping deliveries on track, solving problems as they happen, and ensuring both customers and drivers are supported throughout the day.
Every decision you make directly impacts service levels, customer relationships, and overall operational performance.
