We design, manufacture, and install a complete line of custom closets, home office furniture, garage cabinetry, mud rooms, laundries, wall-beds and more. We are currently seeking an enthusiastic, mature and motivated individual to immediately fill the position of Customer Service Representative / Scheduler.

    Job Responsibilities

    Applicants must:

    Demonstrate a commitment to client satisfaction and an ability to communicate necessary information in a genuinely friendly and professional fashion.

    Speak clearly and have a professional telephone manner.

    Be computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

    Be able to handle a multi-line phone system.

    To succeed in this role, applicant should enjoy working as part of a team, be able to multi-task, and be both punctual and dependable. This is an essential role supporting the day-to-day Front Office operations of a growing business.

    Job Requirements

    Customer oriented, friendly and enthusiastic.

    Answer all inbound phone calls and emails in a timely and professional manner.

    Schedule, cancel, and re-schedule designer consultations and installation appointments.

    Greet office visitors and direct them to appropriate personnel.

    Effectively and efficiently communicate with customers, management, and other team members.

    Provide additional department support, as needed, including general clerical duties such as filing, copying, scanning, etc.

    Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.

    General office duties and working knowledge of computers.

    Able to multi-task and adapt to changing demands and shifting priorities.

    Reliable and punctual with good work ethic.

    Strong verbal and written communication skills.

    Strong personal organization skills.

    Able to work every other Saturday (will be off the prior Friday when working on Saturday), after initial training period.

    After initial training period, work schedule is 9am-5:30pm M-F one week and then M-Th / Sat the next week.

    All team members are background checked and must pass a drug test.
