      • Create detailed activities, define sequencing, and consolidate manhour breakdowns for resource loading.

    • Schedule Updates and Maintenance

      • Perform periodic schedule updates (weekly, monthly, or as needed).

      • Update percent completes, note logic changes with accompanying narratives, and track impacts and opportunities.

      • Provide “look-ahead” schedules for near-term planning.

      • Maintain and communicate updated manpower projections.

    • Progress Tracking and Reporting

      • Generate "Planned vs. Earned" progress reports to track project health.

      • Analyze GC schedule updates to ensure continued alignment with internal schedules.

      • Prepare and deliver narratives and variance reports for client meetings.

    • Support and Coordination

      • Assist Project Managers in performing schedule impact studies (e.g., delay analysis, resequencing).

      • Conduct periodic jobsite visits to validate schedule progress and gather field data when requested.

      • Perform additional assignments to support project goals and client satisfaction.

What you’ll need to be successful:

    • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to clearly convey technical scheduling information.

    • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

    • Professional, diplomatic, and solutions-oriented mindset.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

What you bring to the table:

    • 2+ years of construction experience preferred, ideally with exposure to MEP trades and large commercial projects.

    • Prior experience scheduling MEP scopes in a construction environment is highly desirable.

    • Must obtain OSHA 30-hour certification within six (6) months of hire.

    • Employment is contingent upon meeting all jobsite-specific access requirements, with no outstanding restrictions from General Contractors, Owners, or Customers.
