Position Summary

We are seeking a dependable and organized Scheduler to join our team in Woodbridge, VA. This position focuses strictly on scheduling coordination and caregiver call-out response, ensuring that all client shifts are properly staffed. The Scheduler will work closely with caregivers, clients, and leadership to maintain smooth day-to-day operations.

Key Responsibilities

Create and manage caregiver schedules using Alora Plus.

Respond promptly to caregiver call-outs and secure shift coverage.

Communicate schedule changes with caregivers and clients professionally and efficiently.

Monitor daily clock-ins and clock-outs in Alora to ensure accuracy.

Maintain up-to-date caregiver availability and time-off requests.

Collaborate with the VP of Operations and support team to ensure continuity of care and service.

Qualifications

Previous experience in home care scheduling or healthcare administration preferred.

Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to frequent changes.

Proficient with scheduling or EMR software (Alora Plus experience a plus).

Reliable, professional, and able to maintain confidentiality.

Must be available to work on-site in Woodbridge, VA.
