Our mission is to provide the quality of life for those we serve. We offer in -home care to seniors. The Scheduler works closely with clients and caregivers to build a relationship.

    Qualifications:

    H.S. Diploma or GED

    1 - 3 years' experience

    Prior scheduling experience

    Computer skills - Wellsky, Excel, word, etc

    Must have caregiver experience

    Organizational and communication skills

    Ability to deal effectively with the demands of the position

    Current TB

    Valid Driver License

    Reliable transportation

    Responsibilities:

    Understands and adheres to established policies and procedures

    Creates and maintain client caregiver's schedule

    Ability to remain calm and perform in a fast - paced work environment

    Ability to carry out directions, read and write

    On Call during the week and on weekends

    Maintain client and caregiver's files

    Answer phone in a professional manner

    Maintain the cleanliness of the office

    Ability to fax, email, scan and text

    Strong team player
