The Team Lead is responsible for maintaining the team schedule and leading our memory care community. Performs various supervisory activities for scheduling appropriate caregivers, CNA’s and med tech’s Assist with recruiting, hiring, on boarding , training, and personal management Must have a valid med tech’s certification and will be in rotation on floor and med cart Maintains a positive demeanor at all times and is able to effectively multitask

Ideal candidate has prior experience working in an assisted living community Has some knowledge of effective scheduling Must posses a med tech’s certification
