    Sales Coordinator

    We are looking for a results-driven self-starter to provide Sales Support to our outside sales team. You will prioritize multiple competing demands and be flexible while supporting one or more outside sales team members in this role. The Sales Support team member is very detail-oriented, has the ability to learn quickly, is good with software applications, has a positive "can-do" attitude, and assists our sales division in growing sales revenue and profitability.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    Prepare quotes for salesperson review and presentation to the customer.

    Identify scope gaps and clarify plans and specifications with the salesperson.

    Document the scope of work and layouts to allow others to follow behind you.

    Review and understand all specifications, scopes of work, and material selections.

    Consult with vendors, salespeople, or supervisors to discuss and formulate estimates and resolve issues.

    Assist in any customer selection changes from start to finish.

    Add work order instructions for installation crews and Superintendents.

    Perform other job duties as assigned by the Sales Manager.

    Maintain detailed notes and use systems to ensure seamless communication through the quote, sales, and installation of projects.

    Interact regularly with other departments on change orders, collections, pricing, and other related items.

    Ability to problem solve and present options.

    Assist Outside Sales in meeting both monthly and annual sales goals.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND

    Excellent work ethic. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, including demonstrating flexible work hours as demands and deadlines require.

    Coachability is necessary.

    Work in a manner that demonstrates care and concern for company profitability while focusing on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

    Ability to multitask and transition between projects simultaneously to meet multiple customer demands.

    The ability to work independently and follow directives from supervisors.

    The ability to communicate effectively and fluently with customers, vendors, and co-workers.

    The ability to utilize various resources to enhance effectiveness & efficiency.

    Construction Industry knowledge or previous employment is strongly encouraged.

    Is punctual, has an exemplary attendance record & takes responsibility for their actions.

    Ability to move freely in design presentations with customers displaying products. This may require bending and lifting (up to 40 lbs.).
