    We are looking for a self-starter who is results-driven as a Scheduling Coordinator. You will prioritize multiple competing demands and be flexible while supporting one or more outside sales team members in this role. The Scheduling team member is very detail-oriented, can learn quickly, is good with software applications, has a positive "can-do" attitude, and helps our sales division grow sales revenue and profitability.

    JOB RESPONSIBILITIES & ACCOUNTABILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:

    Consult with salespeople, or supervisors to discuss and resolve issues.

    Schedule Crews to complete work in timely manner.

    Communicate with customers and set expectations of expected workflow.

    Confirm work order instructions for installation crews and Superintendents.

    Perform other job duties as assigned by the Internal Project Manager.

    Maintain detailed notes and use systems to ensure seamless communication through the quote, sales, and installation of projects.

    Interact regularly with other departments on change orders, collections, pricing, and other related items.

    Ability to problem solve and present options.

    ADDITIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

    Coordinate with Purchasing on supplier's product availability to ensure installation schedules can be achieved.

    Communication between key accounts on construction schedules.

    Work with subcontractors and Superintendents on installations schedules

    Maintain up-to-date records and communication platforms to collaborate with multiple parties in scheduling projects.

    REQUIREMENTS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE, EDUCATIONAL BACKGROUND:

    Excellent work ethic. Willing to do whatever it takes to get the job done, including demonstrating flexible work hours as demands and deadlines require.

    Coachability is necessary.

    Work in a manner that demonstrates care and concern for company profitability while focusing on meeting/exceeding customer requirements and expectations.

    Ability to multitask and transition between projects simultaneously to meet multiple customer demands.

    The ability to work independently and follow directives from supervisors.

    The ability to communicate effectively and fluently with customers, vendors, and co- workers.

    Bilingual is a plus.

    The ability to utilize various resources to enhance effectiveness & efficiency.

    Is organized and manages time well.

    Is punctual, has an exemplary attendance record & takes responsibility for their actions.

    This may require bending and lifting (up to 40 lbs).

    Must pass background and drug test.
