Job description
Generator Supercenter is seeking a highly organized and responsible Service Coordinator/Dispatcher to join our growing organization. In this position, you will perform clerical tasks, answer phones, and help around the office. Other duties will include assisting the office manager with preparing documents, organizing files, managing existing documents, and generally keeping the office organized, tidy, and running smoothly.

Education & Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent
Proficient in relevant computer applications
Required language proficiency
Knowledge of customer service
Good data entry and typing skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Scheduling & Dispatching
Schedule and dispatch service technicians for preventive maintenance, repairs, and emergency calls.
Prioritize and coordinate service calls based on urgency, location, and technician availability.
Monitor technician workloads to ensure efficiency and productivity.
Customer Communication
Serve as the main point of contact for customers regarding service requests, updates, and scheduling.
Provide accurate information about service timelines, job status, and maintenance programs.
Handle customer inquiries and resolve service-related issues promptly.
Work Order & Documentation Management
Create, update, and close work orders in the service management system.
Ensure all service documentations are completed accurately.
Maintain detailed service records for warranty and compliance purposes.
Parts & Inventory Coordination
Coordinate with the parts department to order necessary components for repairs and maintenance.
Track part deliveries and ensure timely availability for scheduled jobs.
Maintain accurate inventory and usage records.
Salary will commensurate with experience
