    Hamburg, PA | Operations Support Role

    Location: 16600 Pottsville Pike, Hamburg, PA 19526 Pay: $18.00/hour Raises: At 6 months and 1 year

    KRE Security, LLC is hiring an in-office Scheduling Coordinator to support daily workforce operations across multiple client locations. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, proactive, and comfortable making real-time staffing decisions in a fast-paced office environment.

    You will help ensure shifts are consistently staffed, respond to call-offs, and maintain smooth operations. This position offers responsibility, visibility, and opportunities for growth within an operations-focused organization.

    Shifts Available

    Saturday-Sunday 6:00AM-6:00PM | Saturday-Sunday 6:00PM-6:00AM

    Fully in-office role (no remote work)

    Operations-focused environment

    Key Responsibilities

    Manage daily and weekly schedules for multiple client sites

    Ensure consistent staffing coverage and proactively address gaps

    Respond to call-offs and last-minute schedule changes

    Communicate clearly with field staff and internal leadership

    Track attendance, availability, and scheduling trends

    Maintain accurate scheduling records in company systems

    Use Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook to manage workflow

    Partner with management and Hiring/Recruitment on staffing needs

    Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, and service standards

    Requirements

    1–3 years of experience in scheduling, dispatching, or workforce coordination

    Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, and Outlook

    Ability to prioritize tasks and make decisions under pressure

    Clear, professional communication skills

    Reliable, detail-oriented, and accountable work style

    Comfortable working fully in-office in a fast-paced environment

    Pay & Benefits

    Starting pay: $18.00/hour

    Pay increases at 6 months and 1 year

    Paid Time Off (PTO accrual)
