    The Role: We’re seeking a Scheduler & Receptionist to coordinate care schedules, manage client intake, and provide a warm, professional first impression for our agency. You’ll handle scheduling, answer multiple phones, support caregivers, and help clients feel confident and cared for from their first call.

    Responsibilities:

    Answer phones promptly and professionally, including intake calls from new and existing clients

    Schedule and adjust caregiver visits according to client needs

    Maintain accurate records of schedules, client information, and communications

    Handle scheduling conflicts and last-minute changes efficiently

    Greet visitors and support front-desk operations

    Provide exceptional customer service to clients, families, and caregivers

    Collaborate with the team to support a positive work environment

    Qualifications:

    High school diploma or equivalent required

    Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively

    Professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor

    Welcoming first impression over the phone

    Strong communication and problem-solving skills

    Comfortable handling sensitive information with discretion

    Previous scheduling, receptionist, or home care experience is a plus
