    What This Role Requires

    You'll be balancing customer communication, scheduling, and administrative tasks at the same time, so staying organized, paying attention to details, and following through are key to being successful in this role.

    Responsibilities

    • Schedule and coordinate new residential and commercial painting projects
    • Serve as a primary point of contact for customer communication
    • Handle inbound calls and schedule appointments for estimators
    • Coordinate schedules between customers, estimators, and internal teams
    • Assist with invoicing, accounts receivable, and QuickBooks (training provided)
    • Maintain accurate job and customer records in company systems

    Qualifications

    • 3+ years of experience in customer service, scheduling, or administrative support
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Comfortable handling high call volume and customer interactions
    • Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite, and Excel
    • Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment
    • Willingness to learn QuickBooks and basic accounting tasks
