    Wisconsin Swim Academy is an elite learn to swim program dedicated to reducing drownings In our community through the instruction of lifesaving swim and safety lessons.     We are looking for a positive, energetic, hardworking, and flexible leader with a growth mindset to join our management team as the Scheduling Manager! In this role you will be asked to collaborate with the other management team members to continuously improve Wisconsin Swim Academy's staff scheduling processes and systems. You will also be asked to work with multiple scheduling softwares to ensure all classes have an instructor and run smoothly. This includes staying in consistent communication with 30-50 team members to build relationships with them, cover shifts, update availability, and hold team members accountable to WSA's scheduling policies.

    Skill Requirements:

    Minimum Schooling: Associates Degree

    Knowledge of HR

    Proficient in Microsoft systems-specifically Excel, Powerpoint, and word.

    Job responsibilities include but are not limited to:

    Instruct Swim lessons 8-10 hours a week

    Building class schedule for all sessions

    includes analyzing current class enrollments, skills testing results, Class level numbers, pool mapping, etc.

    Building staff schedule in accordance with our scheduling policies and class offerings

    Includes placing instructors in the correct “seat” to ensure the highest quality lesson

    Approve/deny drop requests based on our scheduling policies

    Monitor open shifts and work to find best solution for shift coverage

    Writing procedures for all new projects/processes developed

    Collaborate with management team to develop and improve training process and curriculum.
