JOB TITLE: VEHICLE & FLEET GRAPHIC SALES REPRESENTATIVE - ENTRY LEVEL POSITION
DEPARTMENT: Sales
REPORTS TO: Executive Director of Sales & Marketing
CLASSIFICATION: Exempt
TIME COMMITMENT: Full-Time; On-Site Monday – Friday; 8:00 am – 5:00pm; additional time as
business necessitates and as directed by management
SUMMARY
Primary responsibilities include the development, sustainment and growth of Large Format Digital Graphics Sales. This position will drive the profitability of our Large Digital Graphic products and solutions including, but not limited to, Vehicle Wraps, Banners, Banner Systems, Window Scapes, Building Wraps, Vinyl Graphic Signs and POP & POS Marketing Graphics to specific clients, industries and / or the identification of new market opportunities. The successful candidate will utilize inside and outside skill sets to achieve and exceed objectives.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Ongoing sales, product, production and operating systems training/education
Industry specific database development and implementation
Continuous prospecting via phone, outside, electronic and social media marketing
Ongoing documentation of the correspondence with prospects and clients in database
Electronic marketing development and execution to include:
Marketing materials development (content only)
Email marketing (set up and as required execution)
Set up and management of client/program email and database systems
Sales proposal/letter development and correspondence
Hard copy marketing development and execution (content and management)
Limited product concept development
In-house request for quote and art rendering work order development
Sales order development to include production work order writing
Closing sales and meeting sales goals
Ongoing research, development and expansion of industry specific programs and initiatives
Other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Demonstrated aptitude for sales and marketing
History exhibiting ability to multi-task and work with a sense of urgency
Possess or have propensity for creative ideas, programs, and/or product development
Creative in problem solving and highly organized
Exemplify a "make-it-happen, leave no stone unturned” attitude
Willingness to assume responsibility and act independently
Enjoy and have a talent for prospecting
Think in 3D and have the ability to transform concepts and ideas into real world solutions
Possess the skills required to manage an industry specific sales and marketing program
Work well with others and abide by company policy and procedures
Be motivated by sales, advancement and income potential
Adhere to a higher set of moral and social standards
EDUCATION AND/OR EXPERIENCE
Minimum 1-2 years front line successful sales experience.
Proficient knowledge of Excel, Word Power Point and Outlook
Working knowledge of Publisher (or equivalent)
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, converse and write fluently in English
Competent letter, proposal and order development / writing proficiencies
Excellent communication talents and skilled listener
Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions and procedure manuals
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as proportions, percentages, area, circumference, scaling and volume
PHYSICAL SKILLS
Position may include but is not limited to: sitting, standing, walking, bending, stretching and squatting
Valid driver’s license and excellent driving record
