The sales department is the face of our organization, and therefore is responsible for the first impression customers form when we begin our relationship with them. We strive to create an upfront, transparent experience and build trust with our customers from the beginning, so they understand immediately who we are and how we'll conduct business with them. We understand how important every customer relationship is to our success, and we place our commitment to service at the heart of every car deal.

AVERAGE SALES CONSULTANTS EARN $5,000 TO $7,000 MONTHLY, AND TOP PERFORMERS EARN $100K OR MORE ANNUALLY.

Sales Consultants are crucial to the development of strong and lasting customer relationships. Successful salespeople thrive by exceeding the expectations of their customers and consistently representing our core values. They build and maintain relationships, offering our customers consultation and support during and after their purchase.

A salesperson's primary goal should be to create loyal and lifelong customers, and in so doing, build a prosperous career to ensure longterm financial security and fuel their personal dreams.

HOW SUCCESSFUL SALES CONSULTANTS SPEND THEIR TIME:

• Greeting guests, evaluating their needs and helping them select the right vehicle

• Presenting the selected vehicle to their guests with knowledge of vehicle features and benefits

• Presenting purchase/lease options and negotiating agreeable terms

• Gathering accurate vehicle and customer information

• Educating new owners on their new vehicles and the myriad services we provide

• Following up with existing customers to maintain the relationship

• Reaching out to potential customers and creating new customers by word of mouth

• Building their own brand by utilizing social media, video and graphic design

• Training, re-evaluating, setting goals and taking actions to improve every day
