    JOB SUMMARY:

    ASSIGNED TO A PRODUCT LINE, THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR PROMOTING THE SALE OF PRODUCTS AND SERVICES TO THEIR ASSIGNED ACCOUNT(S). STRONG COMMUNICATOR THE SALES REPRESENTATIVE WILL ESTABLISH AND BUILD STRONG RELATIONSHIPS WITH THEIR TEAM AND CUSTOMERS TO DELIVER SUPERIOR DIFFERENTIATED VALUE.  SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATES ARE SUPPORTED BY A STRUCTURED DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM TO BUILD TECHNICAL AND SALES COMPETENCIES KEY FOR SUCCESS. SCHLUMBERGER IS LOOKING FOR SELF-MOTIVATED INDIVIDUALS WITH A STRONG WORK ETHIC, WHO ARE UP TO NEW CHALLENGES AND HAVE THE CREATIVE ABILITY TO SEIZE NEW OPPORTUNITIES AND DELIVER.  

     

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • CREATES AND ACTIONS AN APPROVED SALES PLAN FOR ASSIGNED ACCOUNT(S)
    • PLAN CLIENT CALLS AND MAKE REGULAR CLIENT VISITS TO ENSURE APPROPRIATE CALL COVERAGE OF ASSIGNED ACCOUNT(S).
    • EFFECTIVELY COMMUNICATE SCHLUMBERGER'S VALUE PROPOSITION TO CLIENTS AND DELIVER A MESSAGE WITH IMPACT
    • MAINTAIN CRM DATABASE UP TO DATE FOR ACCOUNTS, CUSTOMERS CONTACT DETAILS, ORGANIZATIONAL CHART, VISIT REPORTS, AND CUSTOMER DRIVERS.
    • IDENTIFY AND QUALIFY ALL SALES LEADS AND OPPORTUNITIES.
    • CONTRIBUTE TO CROSS-PRODUCT LINE OPPORTUNITIES IDENTIFICATION.
    • MAINTAIN AN ACCURATE OPPORTUNITY PIPELINE.
    • PARTICIPATE WITH MANAGEMENT TO DEVELOP SALES GOALS AND COORDINATE SALES PLANS FOR THE PROMOTION OF EXISTING SERVICES AND PRODUCTS AND THE INTRODUCTION OF NEW SERVICES AND PRODUCTS.
    • MANAGE THE FULL SALES CYCLE FROM LEAD IDENTIFICATION TO CONTRACT SIGNATURE

     

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • BACHELOR DEGREE IN BUSINESS OR ENGINEERING WITH AN EMPHASIS IN SALES
    • EXCELLENT INTERPERSONAL SKILLS
    • STRONG COMMUNICATION SKILLS 
    • PROFICIENT WITH CRM SYSTEMS
    • POSITION REQUIRES CANDIDATE TO LIVE IN OR NEAR DESIGNATED SALES TERRITORY 
    • SOME SALES POSITIONS MAY REQUIRE UP TO 50% TRAVEL
    • KNOWLEDGE OF OIL AND GAS IS A PLUS
