Customer Service Rep / Graphic Design
Job Description
The position involves direct interaction with customers coming into our shop as well as on the phone and via email.
We are looking for someone with an interest in the print industry, a desire to learn new things and great customer service skills.
DUTIES OF THE CUSTOMER SERVICE REP / GRAPHIC DESIGN CANDIDATE WILL INCLUDE:
· Receive phone calls and emails from customers to help them with their printing needs, provide quotes, process orders and provide invoices upon completion of the work.
· Manage projects that involve a wide range of high-quality printing and communication services.
· Review job specification from work orders and ensure that client files are accurate to produce jobs.
· Experience in a copy center or print shop would be helpful, although not essential
· Working experience with Adobe Creative Suites is required.
· It's something different every day, but duties will sometimes include designing customers' marketing material, from business cards, stationery, forms, brochures and posters, to company logos, to the output and production of your work.
THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE WILL:
· Have very good people skills and communication skills. Positive and friendly.
· Basic computer skills.
· Prior experience in a print or copy shop is a plus.
