Part or full-time hours in a hybrid work environment. 

As an intern, you will assume a wide variety of responsibilities at Schnabel, ensuring a solid understanding of the industry and our business. Our internship program offers countless opportunities for learning and growth.

Working with the Pre-Construction Team you will assist in the completion of bids by aiding with comprehensive takeoffs for both earthwork quantities and materials.

Responsibilities will include AutoCAD drafting, plan overlays, quantity estimating, take-offs, creating project reports, and soliciting vendor quotes. AutoCAD and Bluebeam experience preferred. 

WE HAVE AN IMMEDIATE OPENING IN OUR KING OF PRUSSIA, PA LOCATION.

Qualifications

REQUIREMENTS FOR OUR PROGRAM:

• CURRENTLY PURSUING A DEGREE IN CIVIL OR CONSTRUCTION ENGINEERING.
• Amazing analytical and math skills
• Ability to work well on a team
• Very detail oriented
• Ability to understand technical drawings and requirements
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings

SKILLS:

• Strong time management skills
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• COMPUTER SKILLS SUCH AS MS EXCEL, WORD, AUTOCAD AND BLUEBEAM
