    We are looking for a skilled Attorney with over 2 years of experience to join our team based in Long Island. The ideal candidate should possess expertise in contracts and strong drafting capabilities. This role involves extensive client and opposing party interactions, making effective communication through phone and email a key requirement. Responsibilities: • Drafting contracts (AIA, construction, and other types); and other agreements (such as cell phone tower licenses with all major carriers, management agreements, etc.) • Drafting opinion letters concerning the interpretation of governing documents and local laws • Commercial Financing Transactions such as mortgage refinances • Employment law issues such as employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and severance agreements • Drafting letters to residents • Discrimination cases • Attending community meetings and community Board meetings • Client contact and interaction • Drafting Real Estate contracts Qualifications: • 2 + years of experience in contract and transactional-related work or construction-related matters • Knowledge of community association work is a plus, but not required! • Excellent writing skills • Must be admitted in NYS Compensation: $85,000 +/- yearly DOE
