Benefits: • Competitive salary (commensurate with experience) • Contribution towards health benefits (in the firm’s health plan) • Profit-sharing plan • 401K plan • Generous Bonus Program Responsibilities: • Drafting contracts (AIA, construction, and other types); and other agreements (such as cell phone tower licenses with all major carriers, management agreements, etc.) • Drafting opinion letters concerning the interpretation of governing documents and local laws • Commercial Financing Transactions such as mortgage refinances • Employment law issues such as employment contracts, collective bargaining agreements, and severance agreements • Drafting letters to residents • Discrimination cases • Attending community meetings and community Board meetings • Client contact and interaction • Drafting Real Estate contracts Qualifications: • Prior law firm experience • Admitted to NYS Bar or Passed Bar • Excellent writing skills Compensation: $85,000+ DOE
