COMMON FUNCTIONS
Maintains effective working relationships with all levels of company management to ensure staffing coverage needs.
Develops and implements recruiting/sourcing strategies and processes to support the hiring and business needs of the company.
Responsible for full cycle recruiting processes from the initial requisition, sourcing candidates, screening, setting up interviews with key customers, and extending offers for hourly positions.
Use all creative sourcing tools and strategies necessary to recruit and hire the most qualified candidates.
Verifies pre-employment hiring documentation and reviews hiring decision with Human Resources Manager and/or Director of Operations.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
Ensure that all employees are following safety principles, and that all accidents and incidents are reported immediately.
Ensure Staffing Processes are compliant to the Integrated management system , as well as latest customer, ISO9001 and Internal standards through auditing, document updating and generation when needed.
Ensure iGrafx, Matrix and other Integrated Management Systems tools are utilized according to staffing processes.
Develops and maintains a pipeline of solid pre-qualified candidates, especially for operational positions.
Promote communication between all hiring Managers at local Business Unit.
Manages the offer process including reference checks, background checks, and salary negotiations.
Manages communication and coordination with recruiting firms and staffing agencies, as well as the Schnellecke Training Academy.
Welcomes New Hires according to Regional Staffing Process.
Administers, coordinates and updates Orientation and Academy Schedule daily.
Notifies Managers of incoming team members daily, and troubleshoots any time clock and/or timesheet issues.
Communicate between Operations and Human Resources to determine manpower needs and placement.
KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS REQUIRED
Minimum 2 years' staffing experience
1-2 years' experience working in an HRIS
1-2 years' experience sourcing candidates and conducting phone interviews
Ability to walk and stand for 50% of the work day
Ability to multitask
Minimum 2 years' experience working in Excel, Outlook and Word
Strong Communication Skills Required
