    JOB POSTING TITLE: Construction Manager

    DURATION: 6+ months LOCATION: Austin, TX

    Construction Manager I is responsible for field supervision and quality control for coordination of new site construction.  The candidate works directly with subcontractors to facilitate installation of Sprint provided equipment. The candidate is responsible for coordination and order of power and telephone facilities. The candidate is responsible for overall installation of all construction work required for the site to be on air in the month planned.  May be required to audit existing installations and gap analysis. The candidate is also responsible to ensure quality control measures are followed and site is completed per Sprint design standards.  Bachelor's Degree or equivalent may be required and two years related work experience required and experience in Site and Telco installation.  Must be eligible to work in the US.

     

    Driving position.  Site inspections, drawing reviews, BOM review, bid analysis, site walks, and closeout package reviews.

    Prefer Sprint Vision experience.

  • Qualifications
    • Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills to communicate effectively with staff, patients, guarantors, insurance companies, and physicians.   
    • Demonstrated attention to detail; Good English speaking, spelling, reading and mathematical skills required  
    • Demonstrate ability to learn quickly, and follow directions as outlined in policies or given by supervisor
    • Strong computer skills and knowledge in Word, Excel and ability to maneuvering through multiple screens in a timely manner
    • 1+ year of medical office /hospital work experience preferred
    • Medical terminology knowledge strongly preferred
    • Insurance knowledge preferred
    • Ability to multi- task in a fast and high pressured environment
    • Stringent adherence to all HIPPA laws
    • Strong typing skills 40 and up wpm is required
    • Excellent customer service and phone skills with a background in the medical industry
