  • Responsibilities

    The Recruiter will be responsible for recruiting professionals to fill positions within both new and established company customers and provide support for internal company requirements. The position will be responsible for locating, interviewing, screening and placing candidates for positions throughout the entire country.

     

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

     

    • Partner with client hiring managers to understand position requirements, identify potential sources to find qualified candidates, and develop a recruiting strategy and process.
    • Manage full cycle recruiting including sourcing, applicant testing, interviewing, presenting and closing qualified candidates.
    • Direct source, screen resumes, perform telephone screen interviews, and interview candidates for referral to managers.
    • Contact active and passive job seekers. Conduct pro-active internet, social media, networking and phone sourcing efforts to identify qualified technical candidates to add to our talent pipeline.
    • Evaluating job seekers and matching them with current positions.
    • Responsible for making a high volume of calls on a daily basis.
    • Participate in various recruitment initiatives, job and career fairs, and assist where needed within the company.
    • Provide metrics on applicant flow and source effectiveness, submittal, interview and hiring information.
    • Able to reach a defined quarterly quota.
    • Well versed in using online job board services, social networks, cold calling, referrals and other candidate mining research techniques.
    • Adept in conducting initial phone introductions and presentation of our services at a high level with identified candidates, and identify potential manager leads from candidate interviews for follow up.
    • Ability to relate to an entry-level job seeker as well as to senior technical level candidates.
    • Enhance department and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

     

    Required Skills

    • Bachelor’s degree preferred
    • Minimum 2 to 4 years related recruiting experience; telecommunications and/or administrative experience preferred.
    • Demonstrated success in identifying top qualified candidates.
    • Creative thinker with demonstrated judgment, strong interpersonal and communications skills.
    • Must be a self-starter; be focused and persistent; be comfortable, diplomatic and discrete in working with customers in a positive and professional manner.
    • Must be a team player and interact effectively with all office staff, candidates, suppliers, partners, and customers to create a partnership that yields success, predictable results and credibility.
    • Excellent time management, written and oral communication skills are required.
    • Knowledge of and experience in MS Office applications: Outlook, Word and Excel.
