    REMOTE WORK

    • WORK SCHEDULE: 8AM - 5PM CT OR MT

    • MANAGER IS LOCATED IN NEW MEXICO, SO A CANDIDATE IN THE ALBUQUERQUE AREA WOULD ALSO BE PREFERRED. A WELL-QUALIFIED CANDIDATE WORKING REMOTE WOULD ALSO BE CONSIDERED.

     

    Candidate will be tasked with consolidating a number of different web based tools based on C#, Powershell, WMI, SQL, HTML, javascript, etc.  Candidate will be working with different APIs (REST, COM+, SQL, etc) and different technologies (SCCM, SCSM, Orchestrator, Airwatch) and consolidate into a single platform/project.  Candidate will be focused on creating a great user experience using modern responsive web design. 

     

    • Minimum 3 years of application support experience, including troubleshooting/root cause analysis Excellent problem solving and communication skills both oral and written Ability to hold themselves and others accountable in restoring services and reducing incidents Self-starter with the ability to quickly learn complex business processes and develop automation to streamline those processes.
    • Knowledge of Windows systems and architectures, LAN networks, and servers Able to collaborate in a team environment Experience with HTML, CSS, Javascript, angular, bootstrap Experience with creating and consuming REST APIs.
    • Experience with SQL
    • Experience with an object-oriented programming language (Java, C#, etc.) Experience with Windows automation languages (Powershell, VBScript, WMI, etc.) Knowledge of ITIL change management systems and processes
