    JOB DESCRIPTION:

    Salesforce Administrator with Development Experience

     This role requires an in-depth understanding of the following key areas:

     

    Salesforce Administration:  This role will work with the CDLE and become a business process expert who can identify system changes and customizations need and aligns with the functionality of the existing Salesforce solution to the business need. The resource must have the ability to listen, understand and design appropriate changes, based on input from the organization.  The resource must be able to effectively work with people at all levels in the organization, hence have excellent communication skills. The resource also must be cognizant of future maintenance of the system as a whole, and how the customizations may impact this maintainability. 

    The resource shall have the following skills and experience:

     

    At least 7 years of experience with developing custom Salesforce solutions that use objects, formula fields, workflows, custom objects, custom fields, custom views, picklists, page layouts, approval processes, validation rules, custom tabs, reports, and Visualforce pages.

    At least 5 years of experience with coding using APEX to build reusable and reliable code

    At least 5 years of experience coding with Java

    At least 5 years of experience coding with Javascript

    At least 5 years of experience developing interfaces for system function and interconnection between Salesforce and other applications

    At least 5 years of experience related to appropriate data management in Salesforce solutions

    Take ownership of project work and develop relationships with all stakeholders

    Test the solution for compliance with the requirements, identify bugs, mitigate bugs and work with the support team to implement them into production

     Hands-on experience in Salesforce configurations that includes user management and security controls  

    Experience with Maven or Eclipse for force.com

    Experience with Visualforce page development

    Have knowledge of CI/CD pipelines

    Work effectively and collaboratively with different teams

    Good problem-solving skills and ability to develop optimal solutions

    Preferred skills and attributes:

     

    Salesforce certification

    .Net/C## development experience

  • Qualifications
    • Experience with forklifts, trucks and heavy machinery
    • Ability to work safely in a fast-paced environment
    • The ability to multi-task
    • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
    • Class-5 drivers license with clean drivers abstract
