About the Role:

Join our vibrant team at Kids 'R' Kids Keller as a School Age Assistant Teacher! In this exciting role, you will help shape the minds of our school-age children through engaging activities and nurturing support in a fun, safe environment.

Hours: Full time hours -10:30 am - 6:30 pm (Hours may change over breaks and summers) Part Time hours: 2:00/2:30 pm - 6:30 pm

Responsibilities:

Assist in implementing age-appropriate educational activities.

Supervise and engage with children during recreational and learning times.

Foster a positive, inclusive atmosphere that encourages creativity and exploration.

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students at all times.

Collaborate with lead teachers to create a cohesive learning experience.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding student progress.

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment.

Participate in staff meetings and professional development opportunities.

Requirements:

Must have a High school diploma or equivalent

Experience working with school-age children in an educational or childcare setting.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

First Aid and CPR certification preferred or willingness to obtain.

Passion for education and nurturing young minds.

Background check clearance required.

Flexible schedule to accommodate after-school hours.
