What You'll Do

• Lead a structured elementary classroom with clear expectations

• Deliver daily instruction aligned to BPI curriculum and academic goals

• Drive student progress in reading, writing, and mathematics

• Establish strong classroom management and culture

• Monitor and assess student performance (formal and informal)

• Communicate consistently with families regarding progress

• Maintain a safe, organized, and academically focused environment

• Collaborate with leadership and team members to improve outcomes

What We're Looking For

• Strong instructional mindset and belief in student achievement
• Ability to lead a classroom with structure and consistency
• Professionalism and ownership over student outcomes
• Team-oriented and growth-focused attitude
• Bachelor's degree (education preferred)
• Level 2 Background Screening
• CPR/First Aid Certification (before start date)
• Ability to lift up to 35 lbs
