About the Role:

Join Love and Learning Child Care as a School Age Program Guide, where you can inspire and engage children in a fun and educational environment! We are looking for passionate individuals to help shape the experiences of school-aged children in our Coalville, UT center.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement engaging activities that promote learning and creativity.

Supervise and support children during playtime, ensuring safety and positive interactions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with children, families, and staff.

Assist with homework and educational projects, fostering a love for learning.

Monitor and document children's progress and behavior, providing feedback as needed.

Collaborate with team members to create a nurturing and inclusive environment.

Participate in field trips that enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; degree in education or child development preferred

Experience working with school-aged children in a childcare or educational setting preferred.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage with children and families.

CPR and First Aid certification preferred or willing to obtain.

Passion for child development and a commitment to fostering a positive learning environment.

Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask effectively.

18yrs or older and pass a Background check clearance as required by state regulations.
