About the Role:

Join Exploring Minds Academy as a School Age Summer Camp Counselor and make a difference in children's lives! This exciting opportunity allows you to engage with kids in a fun and educational environment while fostering creativity and teamwork.

Responsibilities:

Plan and implement age-appropriate activities that promote learning and fun.

Supervise campers during activities, ensuring safety and engagement.

Encourage positive social interactions and conflict resolution among campers.

Maintain a clean and organized camp environment.

Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding camper progress.

Assist in the preparation of snacks and meals as needed.

Participate in team meetings to discuss camper needs and program improvements.

Be a positive role model and mentor for campers.

Requirements:

Must be at least 25 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.

Experience working with children in a camp or educational setting is preferred.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

Passion for working with children and promoting their growth.

Flexible schedule and willingness to work outdoors.

Background check required prior to employment.
