    Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Swim Instructor to join our team. The Swim Instructor will be responsible for teaching swimming techniques and water safety to students of all ages and skill levels. The ideal candidate will have a passion for swimming and a desire to help others learn and improve their skills.

    Responsibilities:

    Follow curriculum and lesson plans for students of all ages and skill levels

    Instruct students on proper swimming techniques and water safety

    Provide feedback and encouragement to students to help them improve their skills

    Ensure a safe and fun environment for all students

    Communicate with Aquatics Director regarding student progress and any concerns

    Requirements:

    A passion for working with children to help each child reach their potential

    Open to attaining certification in CPR and First Aid

    A team player who enjoys working with others

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

    Willingness to work with students of all ages and skill levels

    Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed

    Physical Requirements: The Swim Instructor must be able to stand in the water for extended periods of time.

    Salary: Salary will be commensurate with experience and qualifications.
