    What You Will Do

    This role supports our school-age program. During the summer, this is a full-time position. During the school year, this is a split-shift position supporting before and after school care.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    Helping with school-age activities, games, projects, and daily routines

    Supporting children during meals, transitions, outdoor play, and group activities

    Supervising children during before and after school care

    Helping with summer field trips and school-age events

    Keeping classrooms, buses, and activity areas clean, organized, and safe

    Providing positive guidance and support to children

    Communicating with team members and families as needed

    Driving children to and from school or scheduled field trips as needed

    What We Need From You:

    We need team members who are reliable, flexible, and enjoy working with school-age children.

    Available Monday through Friday

    Full-time availability during the Summer

    Split-shift availability during the school year or willing to help in other classrooms full time

    Able to work within our hours of 6:00 am to 6:30 pm as scheduled

    Willing to support where needed

    Show up on time and stay for your full shift

    Comfortable being active throughout the day and lifting up to 50 pounds

    At least 21 years old

    Valid driver’s license

    Clean driving record

    Willing to safely drive a large sized vehicle for school-age children

    Qualifications

    Patient, caring, and dependable

    Enjoys working with school-age children

    Able to stay organized and handle a busy environment

    Food Handler Permit

    First Aid and CPR, or willing to get certified

    Willing to complete required child care training

    At least 21 years of age or older with a clean driving record

    Pay and Benefits

    Starting at $14-20 per hour depending on education in the field
