Position: School Age Teacher Schedule: Split Shift (Before & After School Care) available on MCPS off days

✅ Experience working with school-age children (ages 5–12) ✅ Ability to create a fun, safe, and engaging environment ✅ Strong communication and classroom management skills ✅ Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset ✅ Passion for supporting children's growth and development

Responsibilities:

Supervise and engage children during before and after-school programs

Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities

Ensure the safety and well-being of all students

Build positive relationships with children, families, and staff

Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
