About the Opportunity

We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated School Assistant to join our team. This is a multi-faceted role that encompasses supporting the functioning of all areas of the school including both clerical and operational tasks.

Clerical supports may include but are not limited to:

Answering phone inquiries, direct calls, taking messages, and providing basic school information.

Record student information on our FMS platform.

Maintain student files

Organizing and distributing school supplies

Operational support may include but are not limited to:

Provide teacher coverage (bathroom breaks, lunch breaks, absences, assigned by Director or Assistant Directors.)

Welcome families, escort students to and from classrooms.

Track and prepare daily snacks.

Salary Range - $16 - $22 based on education and years of experience
