Lakeshore Behavior Consulting is hiring a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our collaborative team of BCBAs and RBTs supporting K–12 students in Ann Arbor, MI.

Enjoy a manageable caseload, on-site support from fellow BCBAs, and the opportunity to practice ABA outside of the traditional clinical setting. Whether you#39;re experienced in schools or looking to make the transition, we#39;ll provide the support and mentorship to help you succeed!

Pay amp; Benefits

• $55–$60/hour, based on experience
• Full-time or part-time
• Daytime schedule with no evenings or weekends!
• Extended school breaks – Thanksgiving, winter break, spring break, and summers off
• Manageable caseload with on-site BCBA support

What You#39;ll Do

• Conduct FBAs and develop behavior intervention plans
• Collaborate with teachers, school teams, and fellow BCBAs
• Provide behavior consultation, staff coaching, and training
• Support and supervise RBTs as needed
• Help students build meaningful skills and succeed in the classroom

What We#39;re Looking For

• Active BCBA certification and a relevant master#39;s degree
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• A team player who enjoys problem-solving and supporting students and educators

School experience is a plus, but not required! BCBAs transitioning from clinics or home-based settings are encouraged to apply.
