Paving The Way Multi-Service Institute is seeking a dedicated and compassionate School Based Clinician to deliver essential mental health services within educational settings. In this role, you will work directly with students, families, and teachers to promote emotional well-being and address mental health challenges. The clinician will engage in one-on-one counseling, group therapy, and preventive workshops aimed at fostering a positive school environment. This is an opportunity to make a profound impact in the lives of young individuals while collaborating with a supportive team of professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide individual and group therapy to students.
Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans.
Collaborate with school staff to create supportive interventions.
Participate in school meetings and provide mental health education to staff and parents.
Provide care 12 months a year in the school or community setting, including summers and breaks to ensure children, adolescents, and or young adults have support all year long.

Skills & Qualifications:
Education: Master’s degree in Social Work or Counseling
Licensed: (LGSW/LGPC required).
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in outpatient mental health services for youth or adults preferred.
Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Electronic Medical Records, and culturally sensitive service delivery. Strong ability to adapt, manage change, and demonstrate respect for cultural differences.
