School-Based Clinical Supervisor needed in Boardman, OR

• The pay range for this position is $54,365 - $99,185 based on experience, and/or license

Responsibilities

• Monday – Friday (8:00am – 5:00pm)
• Supervise and support school-based clinicians to ensure high clinical standards.
• Ensure use of evidence-based practices (EBPs) and positive clinical outcomes.
• Oversee timely and professional completion of clinical documentation.
• Manage utilization reviews and access to higher levels of care.
• Coordinate with schools and community partners for seamless service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, OARs, and contractual obligations.
• Lead or attend meetings, communicate with the public, and represent the agency.

Requirements:

Clinical Supervisor I:

• Master’s degree from an accredited university in psychology, sociology, or a related human services field
• Minimum of 2 years post-graduate experience delivering clinical services
• Prior supervisory experience preferred

Clinical Supervisor II:

• Active licensure as LCSW, LPC, or LMFT
• 3 years of supervisory experience in a related field preferred
