Are you passionate about supporting youth and expanding access to mental health services in schools? Join Harmonia in Derby, NY as a School-Based Clinician (Per Diem). In this role, you’ll provide therapy, crisis intervention, and clinical supports directly within middle and high school satellite clinics, helping students and families build healthier futures.

What You’ll Do

• Provide individual and group therapy for adolescents.

• Deliver crisis intervention and evidence-based counseling.

• Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and manage caseloads.

• Advocate for students and families within schools, healthcare systems, and the community.

• Attend school and community meetings, sharing key insights with Harmonia’s team.

• Maintain accurate documentation and support quality improvement initiatives.

What We’re Looking For

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, or related field.

• Licensure required (LCSW, LMHC, or PhD). Permit holders with relevant experience will be considered.

• Clinical experience in a behavioral health setting working with adolescents.
