School-Based Clinician (Per Diem)

If you’re passionate about supporting students where they spend most of their day, this role offers the opportunity to make a real difference. Our School-Based Clinicians help students navigate emotional challenges, build resilience, and succeed both personally and academically.

What You’ll Do: Provide individual and group counseling for students' Complete assessments and develop thoughtful treatment plans, Partner with teachers, counselors, and school staff to support student well-being. Provide crisis support when needed. Communicate with parents/guardians to support student progress, Maintain clear, timely clinical documentation

What We’re Looking For: Master’s degree in social work, Counseling, Psychology, or related field NYS licensure preferred (LCSW, LMSW, LMHC, LMFT) Experience working with children or adolescents preferred. Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Schedule: Per diem, flexible schedule based on school needs and clinician availability, Services provided within school buildings.
