Epic Therapy & Counseling Services LLC provides school-based mental health, counseling, wellness, and behavioral health services to K-12 students and families throughout New Jersey. We are seeking compassionate and motivated clinicians to provide school-based counseling, consultation, and wellness services to students, families, and school personnel.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES • Provide individual counseling and therapy services. • Facilitate therapeutic and psychoeducational groups. • Conduct family counseling and parent support sessions. • Collaborate with teachers, guidance staff, Child Study Teams (CST), and administrators. • Complete assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes. • Provide crisis intervention and referrals as needed. • Maintain documentation compliant with Medicaid and commercial insurance requirements.

TYPICAL WEEKLY SERVICES • Individual Therapy • Group Therapy • Family Therapy • Guidance/CST Consultation • Teacher Consultation and Care Coordination

CASELOAD EXPECTATIONS Maintain approximately 20-25 active students per week.
