Job Summary We are seeking a licensed Mental Health Therapist to join our school based mental health team! In this role, you will diagnose and treat psychological disorders, teach communication skills, assist patients in addressing dysfunctional behaviors, and guide them through crises. Responsibilities

Perform intake assessments

Provide mental health therapy for individuals, children and families

Create individualized treatment plans for each client

Use evidence-based treatment methods to facilitate group and individual treatments

Maintain detailed and accurate documentation of patient information and treatment plan

Perform regular wellness checks

Adhere to all facility and licensing standards

Qualifications

Master's degree in counseling, social work, or similar field

Current LCSW-C, LCPC license in the state of Maryland

Previous experience as a mental health therapist preferred

Affirming and inclusive clinical approach

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Highly organized

Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
