    Location: Aberdeen, WA
    Model: Part-time 0.6 FTE | On-site
    School Year: 2024–2025

    Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) to join our team for the 2024–2025 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for PTAs in a variety of settings. Whether you're looking for a full-time, part-time, on-site, hybrid, or remote role, we have options that will fit your needs!

    What You’ll Be Doing*:

    • Support students with physical therapy needs under the supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
    • Assist in implementing therapy plans and goals as outlined by the Physical Therapist
    • Provide direct therapy services in accordance with students’ IEPs
    • Monitor and document student progress and communicate observations to the supervising Physical Therapist
    • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other service providers to support student success
    • Adapt activities and environments to improve student participation in school settings
    • Travel between school sites as needed (if applicable)
    • Maintain accurate and timely documentation and service logs.

    What We’re Looking For:

    • Associate’s degree from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program
    • Current licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant in the state you reside
    • Licensure in the state you are applying to work in (if different)
    • Experience working with children or in a school-based setting preferred
    • Ability to follow treatment plans and communicate effectively with supervising therapists
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills
    • Passion for helping students succeed in their educational environment
