Birch Tree Therapies is actively seeking Speech-Language Pathologists to support our ESY programs this summer, with opportunities to continue into the 2026–2027 school year. Full-time preferred, part-time considered.
Experienced SLPs, Clinical Fellows, and strong SLPAs are encouraged to apply.

Provide speech-language therapy services in school settings
Conduct evaluations, re-evaluations, and screenings
Develop and implement IEP goals
Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
Maintain timely and compliant documentation
Who We're Looking For
Pennsylvania SLP License or eligibility
CCC-SLP, Clinical Fellow, or strong SLPA
Passion for working with school-aged students
Commitment to neurodiversity-affirming, strengths-based practices
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Dependable, organized, and accountable
Desire to learn, grow, and contribute to a positive team culture
