School-Based Social Worker

Therapy Solutions Collective (TSCO) is looking for dedicated and motivated Social Worker to join our team for the 2026–2027 school year. We partner with school districts across the country, providing school-based opportunities for Social Workers in a variety of settings. What You’ll Be Doing*:
- Provide individual and group counseling to support students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being.
- Assess students’ needs and identify barriers that may impact academic performance, attendance, or engagement.
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and support staff to develop strategies that support student success.
- Serve as a liaison between the school, families, and community resources to connect students with appropriate services and supports.
- Support students experiencing crisis situations, including grief, trauma, family changes, or other significant life events.
- Assist with developing and implementing behavior intervention plans and social-emotional supports for students.
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings, including IEP and MTSS meetings, to support student goals and interventions.
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate documentation related to services, interventions, and student outcomes.
- Promote a positive and inclusive school climate through prevention programs, social-emotional learning initiatives, and student support services.
- Provide consultation and guidance to staff and families on strategies to support students’ emotional and behavioral needs.

What We’re Looking For:
- Master’s degree in Social Work (MSW) from an accredited program.
- Active state licensure as a Social Worker in the state where services will be provided (e.g., LCSW, LMSW, or equivalent as required by the state).
- School Social Worker certification or credential, if required by the state or school district.
- Experience providing counseling and social-emotional support to students in a school or pediatric setting.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills to work effectively with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams.
- Ability to manage multiple cases and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced school environment.
- Commitment to supporting students’ social, emotional, and behavioral well-being in a school-based environment.
