    We are seeking an In-Person Speech-Language Pathologist for a School-Based Assignment in Oakland/Richmond, CA. This SLP Role is a full-time, in-person position. Join our team in assessing, treating, and managing caseloads of all grade levels. Inclusive school site, collaborative SpEd team & staff, easy & below average caseload size – it’s a perfect position!

    Responsibilities:

    Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders.

    Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.

    Case Management for students on caseload

    Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant/defensible IEPs

    Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.

    Performs other related duties as assigned by management.

    Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.

    Qualifications:

    REQUIRED: Current California SLP License

    Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders. CFY's accepted and encouraged to apply.

    Experience with Case Management & IEP Writing

    Knowledge of Special Education compliance law & regulations

    Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations

    Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision

    Ability to build rapport with staff

    Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels

    Compensation:

    Competitive salary: $80,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year, commensurate with experience.
