Job Summary
We are seeking a Speech Language Pathologist to provide services full time and/or part time at an Elementary school in Aurora, CO. Caseload will be 40 or less students. Guaranteed weekly hours for direct and indirect services. Candidate can choose to be either a W2 Employee with Benefits or a 1099 Contractor. *400 Sign-On Bonus *License Reimbursement
Responsibilities
Conduct assessments to identify speech and language disorders.
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address students' communication needs.
Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support students' academic success.
Provide individual and group therapy sessions to students following their Individualized Education Programs (IEPs).
Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of services provided.
Qualifications
Active state license for practicing speech therapy
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
(Provisional) State licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
Colorado Department of Education License Required
Experience in school-based setting preferred but not required.
ASHA certification is a PLUS
