School Bus / Van Driver – Part-Time (Split Shift) We are seeking responsible, safety-focused School Bus / Van Drivers to transport students along assigned routes. This is a part-time position with morning and afternoon shifts, ideal for drivers looking for consistent hours and meaningful work.

Schedule:

AM Shift: Approximately 6:30–8:15 AM, depending on route

PM Shift: Approximately 1:30–4:00 PM, depending on route

Midday Break: Unpaid break between shifts

Monthly Meetings: Required staff meetings (approximately 2 hours)

Key Responsibilities:

Transport students safely to and from school along assigned routes

Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations

Maintain order and ensure student safety while boarding, riding, and exiting

Communicate professionally with students, families, and staff

Conduct required pre/post vehicle safety inspections before and after each route and report any mechanical or safety concerns

Report delays, incidents, or emergencies promptly

Requirements:

Must be 25 years of age or older

No infraction within the last 36 months

Valid and properly classified driver’s license with required school bus/van endorsements

Ability to pass background check, physical, drug, and TB screening
