About the Role:

Creative Learning Academy Inc is looking for a dedicated and reliable School Custodian to help keep our campus clean, safe, and welcoming for students, staff, and families in Los Angeles, CA. This is a vital role where your hard work directly supports a positive learning environment every single day. Responsibilities:

Perform daily cleaning and sanitization of classrooms, hallways, restrooms, and common areas

Sweep, mop, vacuum, and buff floors throughout the facility

Empty trash receptacles and manage waste disposal across campus

Assist with setup and breakdown of furniture for school events and activities

Perform minor building maintenance and report larger repair needs to administration

Ensure grounds, entrances, and walkways are clean, clear, and hazard-free

Maintain and restock janitorial supplies and equipment as needed

Requirements:

Prior custodial, janitorial, or facilities maintenance experience preferred

Ability to operate standard cleaning equipment and use cleaning chemicals safely

Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean, safe environment

Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs throughout a shift

Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently with minimal supervision

Must be able to pass a background check in accordance with school safety requirements

Strong communication skills and a team-oriented, positive attitude
