Job Summary: Patient Centered Services, LLC is seeking a full-time School Nurse to provide healthcare services to students in Washington, DC. The School Nurse will play a vital role in promoting the health and safety of students, working Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM. A comprehensive three-week training program will be provided to ensure you are fully prepared for the role.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver healthcare services to students, including administering first aid, medication, and managing chronic conditions.

Conduct health assessments and screenings.

Develop and implement care plans for students with special medical needs.

Collaborate with school staff, parents, and healthcare providers to ensure students' well-being.

Maintain accurate health records and documentation.

Promote a healthy and safe school environment.

Provide health education to students and staff.

Qualifications:

Active DC LPN or RN license is required.

AHA BLS (CPR & AED) certification is mandatory.

Minimum of 1 year of nursing experience.

Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is a plus.

Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and make clinical decisions effectively.

Schedule:

Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM.

Includes a comprehensive 3-week training program.
