Summary

As the School Principal for K-8th Grade, you will be responsible for overseeing the academic and operational leadership of the school, reporting directly to the district superintendent. Your core skills in management, education administration, and leadership will be essential in fostering a positive learning environment and supporting both staff and students. With a Master's degree and strong communication abilities, you will implement strategic planning and curriculum development while engaging in fundraising efforts to enhance school resources. Your experience and passion for education will drive the success of our students and the overall school community.

Responsibilities:

• Leadership: Provide dynamic leadership to inspire and guide faculty, staff, and students towards achieving academic excellence.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in education or a related field.
• Proven experience in a leadership role within an educational setting.
• Valid Ohio Principal or Superintendent License.
